Since its inception in 2008, UMCTO has maintained an outstanding domestic and international reputation as the premier college for hospitality professionals, tourism & travel professionals, tour guides & tour directors professionals, and many professional courses. An active community of over 4,000 graduates working in all corners of the United Republic of  Tanzania across East Africa, contributes to the ongoing professional development and support that UMCTO  alumni enjoy.

PRIVACY

Udzungwa Mountains College Trust (UMCTO) collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access and information volunteered by the consumer. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service and is not shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products, services, you have requested, when we have your permission.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE

When you apply to UMCTO, we ask for information such as your name, previous employment, email address etc. UMCTO uses the collected information for the following general-purposes; product and services provision,  identification and authentication, service improvements,  contact, and research.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are required for optimum site operations.

INFORMATION RIGHTS AND PUBLICITY

Unless you notify UMCTO in writing,  you hereby grant UMCTO and its owned subsidiaries a limited license to use your name, image, domain name, in presentations, marketing materials, websites, customer lists, and financial reports.

CHANGES

UMCTO may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address indicated by you in your prior contact with us.
